Shipping Information

We ship through any standard courier service throughout India and via registered post.

Transit time for domestic orders is 2-5 working days. Products are shipped out within 1-4 working days, unless the product has a different shipping timeline mentioned.

Shipping Charges

We don't charge any extra shipping cost on domestic orders.

Duties & Taxes for International Orders

Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order. Any duties or charges are directly paid to the shipping agency; they are levied only once the product enters the country and has to be paid by the customer.

Brooch & Co is not liable to pay any duties or taxes, in case the customer refuses to pay - for any international order.

Returns Policy

It is our earnest effort to deliver the best quality products.

As a policy, no exchange or returns are offered on any product that's delivered in the best of condition.

However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn't match the item in the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect then we will re-fulfil your order upon verification. The right product will be delivered to the customer in 10 working days.

Our pieces are handcrafted and slight variation in color and form is considered acceptable.

Return Process

To return or exchange a product or report a damage in transit please get in touch with us via email on info@broochco.com within 24 hours of the product delivery.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Warranty

Product warranty is applicable only for the below conditions:

  • Rings – If the Band is De-Shaped, If the Polish got Fade, if the Diamond is missing
  • Pendant – If De-Shaped, if the Diamond is missing
  • Lighters – If Filament of the lighter is not working
  • Cuff Links – If the Linkages are broken or De-Shaped

Ring Sizing

Ring sizing is a very common issue for us. When you return the ring for resizing, please keep us informed of your new size in 14 days. The customers are responsible to pay the shipping fees for returns.
